No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For contracts involving the delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, the consumer’s right of withdrawal expires once Zuvvra Studios has begun performing the contract, provided that the consumer has expressly agreed in advance that Zuvvra Studios may begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period has expired and has confirmed that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB).

Before the digital content is made available, the customer expressly confirms that:

  1. They agree that Zuvvra Studios may begin providing the digital content immediately after receipt of payment.

  2. They expressly acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal once Zuvvra Studios has begun performing the contract.

  3. They acknowledge that the digital content is supplied electronically and is not provided on a physical data carrier.

No Returns or Exchanges

As our products are digital content delivered electronically, returns or exchanges are not possible once the customer’s right of withdrawal has expired in accordance with applicable law.
